> Show what you have learned: a 10-question quiz and four final tasks (write it, check it, keep it safe, and one from your own role). Pass to unlock your completion card and download your prompt library as a Word file.

## You Are Ready

You have learned to brief an AI chat tool, shape its answer, fix it with follow-ups, check it, and keep data safe. This last lesson checks that it all sticks.

There are three parts:

1. **A 10-question quiz.** You need 8 out of 10.
2. **Four final tasks.** Three are the same for everyone. The fourth comes from your own role. Each must pass in two messages or fewer.
3. **Your completion card and prompt library.** The card unlocks when you pass and your library has at least 8 templates and your standing instructions.

You can retake the quiz and the tasks as many times as you like.

**In simple words:** this is the same work you have been doing, without the step-by-step help.

## What Is Checked

| Part | What you need | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Final quiz | 8 out of 10 or more | Shows you know the ideas |
| Task 1: write it | A complete announcement in two messages or fewer | Shows you can brief the AI with CRAFT |
| Task 2: check it | Make the AI compare its summary with the source | Shows you check before you send |
| Task 3: keep it safe | Get a reply without sending personal data | Shows you protect customer data |
| Task 4: your role | An unseen task from your job, with your role's rule | Shows you can use it in your own work |
| Prompt library | At least 8 templates, plus standing instructions | The takeaway you use after the course |
| Lessons 9 and 10 labs | Already passed in those lessons | Checking and data safety are required, not optional |

Your progress on this page is kept in this browser. If you switch browsers or clear your browser data, you will need to retake the quiz and the final tasks.

## Part 1: The Final Quiz

Answer all ten, then press **Submit answers**. Every answer comes with an explanation.

## Part 2: Four Final Tasks

Each task must pass in **two messages or fewer**. If a task does not pass, press **Start again** and try once more.

In these tasks, every check must pass. If you use the in-page AI and it falls short, switch to replay samples and send the same message again.

Before you press Send, run through the course in your head: the facts (Context), who is writing (Role), the job (Ask), the shape (Format), the sound (Tone), and nothing private.

### Task 4: Your Own Role

This task is new: you have not seen it in the course. It opens on your role from the setup in Lesson 1. If you chose **Other**, pick the role closest to your work.

## Part 3: Your Completion Card and Library

Your completion card unlocks when every item below is ticked. Each one ticks itself when you pass it, here or in the lesson it comes from.

Your prompt library is here too. Download it as a Word file to keep it with your work documents, or as a text file.

Your library and card are saved in this browser only. Download your library now, so you keep it even if your browser data is cleared.

## Use It at Work This Week

The course is done. The habit starts now. Here is a simple plan for your first week:

1. **Day 1:** paste your standing instructions into your AI tool's settings (Lesson 8 shows where).
2. **Day 2:** use one template from your library for a real task.
3. **Day 3:** fix an answer with a follow-up instead of starting again.
4. **Day 4:** check one AI answer line by line against its source before you send it.
5. **Day 5:** add one new prompt that worked to your library.

## Where to Go Next

This course stops at the chat window. If you want to go further, these courses on devtutorials.ai pick up from here. They are written for developers, but the first lessons of each are readable for anyone.

| Course | What it adds |
|---|---|
| [Prompt Engineering](/learn/prompt-engineering) | How prompts work under the hood, and techniques for harder tasks |
| [Context Engineering](/learn/context-engineering) | How to choose and arrange what an AI sees, for bigger documents and projects |
| [AI Agents](/learn/ai-agents) | AI that takes steps and uses tools, not just chat |

## Common mistakes

| Mistake | What happens | How to fix it |
|---|---|---|
| Rushing the final tasks | A task needs more than two messages | Write one complete message first, using CRAFT |
| Asking "Are you sure?" in Task 2 | The AI says yes, and the mistakes stay hidden | Ask it to compare each line with the source |
| Deleting the problem along with the personal data in Task 3 | The AI has nothing to reply to | Keep the problem; remove only the person |
| Leaving out your role's rule in Task 4 | A discount, a guessed owner, jargon or a personal question appears | Add the rule line from your Lesson 11 playbook |
| Not downloading the library | It is lost if your browser data is cleared | Download the Word or text file now |
| Stopping after the course | The skills fade | Follow the five-day plan above |

## What to Remember

- **Brief it well:** Context, Role, Ask, Format, Tone.
- **Follow up**, don't restart.
- **Check** numbers, dates, names and promises before you send.
- **Protect** personal and confidential data.
- **Reuse** what works: templates, standing instructions and playbooks.
- You own what you send.
